Welcome and goodbye messages are set up on the dashboard (the Welcome and Goodbye page). The bot sends them when someone joins or leaves.

What you can set

Joining and leaving each have their own settings.
Placeholders are replaced with real values. Welcome {user} to {server}! becomes a personal greeting.

Embeds

Customize the color, author, title, description, thumbnail, image, footer, up to 10 fields and a timestamp.

Image cards

The bot can generate a welcome image card with the member’s avatar.

You choose the background (a color or an image), overlay opacity, accent color, title and subtitle text, and the avatar’s shape (circle, square or hexagon), size and border.

Auto roles and raid protection

Auto roles

Give new members one set of roles, and bots another.

New-account gate

Treat accounts younger than a number of days (0 to 365) as suspicious, and optionally skip the welcome message for them.
